You can easily cancel your subscription yourself. Go to “My account”. Click on “My Content” on the left, then click on “My Subscription” and click on your subscription (is written in blue),
then you will see the status at the bottom, click with your mouse on, (no click), “Change Status”, a popup window will open, click on “Cancel Subscription”, another window will open
and you can click on “Yes, I want to cancel” and your subscription is cancelled and now shows “cancelled”. You will receive an email to confirm your cancellation
Your subscription will be renewed automatically if you do not cancel beforehand
