Click on &#8220;My Content&#8221; on the left, then click on &#8220;My Subscription&#8221; and click on your subscription (is written in blue),<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">then you will see the status at the bottom, click with your mouse on, (no click), &#8220;Change Status&#8221;, a popup window will open, click on &#8220;Cancel Subscription&#8221;, another window will open<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">and you can click on &#8220;Yes, I want to cancel&#8221; and your subscription is cancelled and now shows &#8220;cancelled&#8221;.
